TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. maintains the confidentiality of personal information obtained from its customers and/or customer representatives by keeping the system infrastructure and internet presentations at the most secure level.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. processes, stores, and transfers personal data to the extent permitted by legal regulations, believing that it is necessary to provide the best service and product it aims to offer, in addition to the mandatory information it must obtain from its customers and customer representatives. In this context, personal data are processed for purposes including providing our company's products and services, conducting necessary business operations, contacting you in case of your explicit consent for our products and services, conducting marketing activities, carrying out customer acquisition studies, and sharing offers related to our products and services, as well as performing necessary reporting and investigations within the scope of company activities.
Collection of Personal Data and Legal Basis
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. can obtain personal data of its customers and/or customer representatives from all kinds of written, verbal, and electronic means, third parties, and legal authorities.
Transfer of Processed Personal Data
For the purpose of providing services, TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. may share with third parties within the country and abroad, with the choice to establish a privacy agreement, as well as with individuals and institutions from which it receives services and consultancy, and business partners with whom it has signed agreements, and third parties with whom it conducts collaborative work.
TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. is required to retain records and documents related to transactions conducted with its customers within certain periods stipulated by legal regulations. If you request the erasure or destruction of your personal data or request anonymization, this request will be fulfilled by TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. at the end of the period specified by legal regulations. However, during this period, your personal data will not be processed and will not be shared with third parties, except for obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations, and agreements.

- Request the correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- If personal data is corrected, deleted, or destroyed, request notification of these processes to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result against yourself due to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- If personal data is processed unlawfully and causes damage, request the compensation of the damage.
Requests in this context will be concluded by TCI Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Inc. within a maximum of thirty days. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in our company's tariff will be charged.
